Join me for two days of learning how to live in your Adult Chair and uncovering the healthiest version of yourself.

Join me for an intimate and inspiring weekend based on the Adult Chair model of living. You will experience a weekend filled with lectures, group work, meditations, breath training, and other experiential exercises to help you to uncover and discoveryour true and authentic self.

Our beautiful and authentic self is buried under the masks we hide behind. The problem is, most of us weren’t raised to live in partnership with our authentic self. That's where The Adult Chair comes in.

The Adult Chair is a proven model for transformation of the self. If you live with anxiety, depression, codependency, and dysfunctional relationships, it's time to explore The Adult Chair. If you feel stuck in life, suffering from grief, lacking passion, or feeling like you've lost your “fun self,” the one you used to know as a child, it's time to explore The Adult Chair.

The Adult Chair will help you on your journey to transform your life. It will help you to discover where you are, and how you developed unhealthy traits or masks, then how you can remove them in order to live free and healthy.

Course Fees

This course is $425. Register by March 31, 2018 to receive the early-bird discount of $50 off.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules are dynamic! We're pleased to offer full refunds for cancellations through April 13, 2018. Due to location and catering commitments based on registration, we will be unable to process refunds after that date.

Weekend Schedule

Welcome and opening exercise
We begin the day with a presence exercise and meditation. This helps you to “arrive fully” and begin the process of living in your body. (An unexpected (or new) place for most of us to live.)

The Child Chair
After an overview of the Adult Chair model you will learn about your inner child and your Child Chair. Starting with a guided meditation and experiential exercises, you will find and connect with the precious inner child. We learn about emotions, needs, vulnerability and more.

The Adolescent Chair
For the rest of the day, you will spend time in your Adolescent Chair and learn all about the ego and all of its tricky parts. Your ego is the part of you that holds most of the answers to your suffering, anxiety, depression, codependency, addiction etc. You will experience “light bulb” moments as you realize more of who you are and learn about the false selves that we hide behind. You will gain new understandings of why you are stuck and how to get unstuck.

We spend much of today in lecture, group exercises, individual work, and discussion along with guided meditations and contemplation time in order to solidify the teachings.

Opening and Checking-in
We begin with an exercise of presence and checking in.

Sitting in Your Adult Chair
You will learn about your healthy Adult and how to sit and live in your Adult Chair.  

Healthy Communication
Healthy relationships are rooted in healthy communication and “masterful listening.” We will practice “masterful listening” and learn the positive effects it has on relationships of all kinds.

Examining False Beliefs
You will learn about your false beliefs and the dysfunctions you learned while growing up that are keeping you stuck in the Adolescent chair. You will also begin working on these issues and will learn tools to practice on your own at home.

Triggers & Shadow Parts
You will be introduced to triggers and learn about our shadow parts, those parts of us trapped in our unconsciousness, and how to bring these to consciousness and heal them.

Build Healthy Boundaries
You will learn what a boundary is and practice how to set boundaries in a healthy way.

Heal Common Life Issues
You will learn about codependency, narcissism, love addiction, love avoidance and other relationship issues and how to use the Adult Chair model to heal and move through them.

Processing Emotions
You will learn how to feel and process emotions and get unstuck. This will help you alleviate and heal issues of anxiety, depression, panic and addictions.

Wrap-up, Recap, and Farewell
We end the 2 days with question and answer time and a discussion with what’s next and how to apply this model on a daily basis with your new tools upon leaving the weekend.
