Small group sessions offer us an opportunity to leverage the true power of our collective. In joining together in a process group, we learn from one another, take part in our own healing and that over others, and gain great strength through our shared purpose.
Getting to Know Me — A Self-Love Educational/Process Group for Women
Location: Brentwood Library
8109 Concord Road Brentwood, TN 37027
*Class held in the "Fall Conference Room."
Do you wonder how to love yourself? Do you want deeper, better relationships in your life? Are you seeking more joy or happiness but don’t know where to find it? Do you seek “direction” or “purpose” in life but don’t know where to turn?
We hear Oprah and others speak of the importance of self love but no one tells us how to do it!
When we learn to love ourselves, beautiful things begin to happen: We begin to show up differently in life, our relationships change for the better, life seems to have purpose/direction and “things start to happen” for the better, joy begins to show up.
In this group we will change nothing on the outside, all of this work is done on the inside. We will learn and experience the energy of emotions, what’s ours (and not ours) and when it feels bad, what to do about it.
We will open up the doors to our true selves and get to know who we truly are, our hidden shadow parts, our mask (that we display to the world), and other parts.
We will bring our daily experiences to group and learn how we can show up differently in life, more loving and supportive to “our selves.” We will gain new, higher perspectives about our life experiences and learn how to navigate through the eyes of love, even when we don’t think it’s possible.
